1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of EnduroTrack. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use EnduroTrack.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use EnduroTrack. If applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for you to use the service or for your personal data to be processed, you may use EnduroTrack only with that consent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Notify EnduroTrack at support@endurotrack.se if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

4. Riding Safety

EnduroTrack is a ride-tracking, analysis and Community tool. It does not replace safe riding practices, professional instruction, official competition rules, navigation equipment, vehicle maintenance, protective equipment or emergency services. Always ride according to your ability, conditions and applicable laws and rules. Do not interact with the app in a way that distracts you while riding.

5. Tracking Accuracy

GPS, speed, distance, elevation, heart-rate, calorie and other measurements can be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete or unavailable because of device limitations, sensors, signal conditions, permissions or other factors. EnduroTrack data should not be relied on for emergency response, medical decisions, legal compliance, race timing or safety-critical navigation.

6. Health & Fitness Information

EnduroTrack may display health and fitness information obtained from supported Apple services and sensors. EnduroTrack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Seek qualified medical advice for health concerns and before undertaking activity where appropriate.

7. Community Conduct

When using Community features, you must treat other users respectfully and must not post unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, sexually exploitative or otherwise abusive content. You must not impersonate others, misuse another person's personal data, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or use EnduroTrack for illegal activity.

8. Your Content

You remain responsible for content you submit to EnduroTrack, including comments and information you choose to share. You must have the rights needed to submit that content. You grant EnduroTrack the limited rights necessary to host, process, display and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the service.

9. Gps Route Sharing

Exact GPS routes are private in Community by default. If you enable route sharing for a ride, other permitted users may be able to view that route. A shared route can reveal sensitive information such as where a ride started, ended or passed. Review a route before sharing it and disable sharing when you do not want others to see it.

10. Acceptable Use

You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer where prohibited, abuse, overload or gain unauthorized access to EnduroTrack or its systems. You may not use automated methods to scrape the service or collect information about other users except where expressly permitted.

11. Service Changes & Availability

EnduroTrack is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. EnduroTrack does not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

12. Account Suspension

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law or address a material violation of these Terms. Where appropriate, EnduroTrack may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue.

13. Account Deletion

You may initiate permanent account deletion in the app under More > Account > Delete Account. Account deletion removes your EnduroTrack account and associated cloud data subject to limited retention required by law, security or technical backup processes. Deleting your EnduroTrack account does not automatically delete workouts stored separately in Apple Health.

14. Intellectual Property

EnduroTrack, including its software, branding, interface and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you to use the service, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

15. Disclaimer & Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EnduroTrack is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. EnduroTrack is not responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate sensor or GPS data, unsafe riding, misuse of the service or circumstances outside reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections you may have under the law of your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the courts or consumer dispute bodies that have jurisdiction under applicable law.

17. Changes To These Terms

EnduroTrack may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate way. Continued use after an updated version takes effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by applicable law.
