Delete your account

In the app

Open EnduroTrack and go to More → Delete account (iPhone and Android). Confirm twice. The account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@endurotrack.se from the address you sign in with, subject "Delete my account". We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Profile and profile picture, rides, GPS routes, heart rate and calories, privacy zones, consents, follows, likes, comments, blocks and reports. Everything is deleted permanently and cannot be restored.

What remains

Nothing in your EnduroTrack account. Security logs at our hosting provider expire automatically after a limited time. Workouts in Apple Health are managed by you in the Health app.
